Alan J. Okkonen—Alan joined CTL and brings over 15 years of industry experience. Alan has several years of QC/QA management experience in both Illinois and Michigan. Prior to coming to CTL, Alan worked as a consultant for a firm that allowed him to travel extensively throughout the United States and provide project management to various types of paving projects and develop multi-year pavement management programs. Alan's experience also includes working for the Indiana Department of Transportation and as Lab Manager for a local liquid asphalt supplier.
