Anthony G. Devine, P.E.—As Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Tony heads up the Geotechnical Engineering operations, and is an INDOT approved Geotechnical Consultant. Founded on a Masters degree from the University of Illinois, as well as Professional Registration in Indiana and Illinois, Mr. Devine provides 27 years of Geotechnical Engineering design and construction experience spanning a wide breadth of projects including soil and rock mechanics research, major waterways projects, earth dam reservoir design, infrastructure projects including bridges, numerous commercial & industrial building projects and forensic studies including litigation support & expert witness testimony.
