Christopher Chan, P.E.—As Elk Grove’s Office Manager, Mr. Chan is currently overseeing engineering and testing services at our Elk Grove Village location. Chris brings nearly a decade of experience in Geotechnical engineering and project management, and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Illinois. Previously, Chris’s focus was on Geotechnical and testing oversight for light residential to high rise construction projects. Prior to joining CTL, Chris worked as Geotechnical Engineer for a local major consulting firm.
