Asphalt Plant Certification

CTL continues to provide plant certification assistance to Chicago area contractors who are installing new asphalt plants or are required to recertify the capabilities of their existing asphalt facilities. IDOT has strict requirements for the certification of these facilities, and CTL’s expertise in this area has helped contractors achieve or maintain their certifications. CTL has provided recent plant certification assistance to E. A. Cox Company, P.T. Ferro Construction Co., D Construction Co., Geneva Construction Co., Rabine Paving, and Gallagher Asphalt Corporation.
