Bituminous Mix Design, IDOT District One

CTL has recently been awarded its second Bituminous Mix Design contract by the Illinois Department of Transportation. This contract involves developing mix designs to IDOT specifications, including SMA, polymer-modified steel slag and air cooled blast furnace slag surface courses, and sand anti-fracture interlayers.
